NW Home Repair Solutions is a locally owned and operated home repair service built on honest work and genuine care for our community. We live and work in the same neighborhoods we serve, from Mount Vernon and Burlington up to Bellingham and Anacortes, and down through Marysville and Everett.
We believe every home deserves professional attention, whether it's a leaky faucet or a full room refresh. No corporate overhead, no pushy upsells, no sales pitch on the phone. Just straightforward service from people who take pride in the finished product and stand behind the work.
What You Can Expect
Every project starts with an on-site estimate. We come out, walk through the work with you, and give a clear, written quote with no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. If we can't take the job for any reason (timing, scope, or because it's outside what we do well), we'll say so up front and point you to someone who can.
Once you've approved the estimate, we schedule promptly. Most small jobs we can fit in within a week or two; larger projects we book out further depending on the season. Either way, we show up when we say we will, and if something delays us we let you know the same day.
During the work itself, we treat your house like it's ours. Drop cloths, shoe covers when needed, cleanup at the end of every day. When we're done, we walk the work with you and don't pack up until you're satisfied.
For the things we don't do (major electrical, gas-line work, full plumbing repipe, roofing replacement), we're happy to refer you to specialists we trust. The handyman work we focus on is what we're good at, and we'd rather you get a great result on the right project than stretch beyond our wheelhouse.
